Since 2021, she supports the development of Focus Investment Group by participating in the structuring, organization and strategic assistance of the subsidiaries. Graduated from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique of Dakar, she has 17 years of experience in consulting firms, in the industry sector and in multinationals.
Thanks to her cross-disciplinary skills, she ensures the transformation of the strategy defined by the top management into operations, while covering the accounting, administrative and financial departments. In addition to her operational functions within FIG, her mission is to assist the general managers of the subsidiaries in their governance, their development plan and in the definition of their strategic orientations.
